This year has been quite the whirlwind. Day-to-day, time seems to be moving at a snails pace, as I stay inside and make an attempt at patience. On the other hand, I’m like…wait, it’s almost July?!?! Where did the time go???
I know not everyone is feeling patriotic, given the current state of our country. I respect that for many, the 4th of July does not symbolize independence and freedom. We haven’t celebrated the past few years since we’ve been in London. It’s definitely a time of year that I miss spending with family and friends. And for those that are planning on celebrating with loved ones – maybe with a BBQ, on a boat, or a day lakeside – I wanted to share some things to get you in the holiday spirit!
